WHAT IS IT?:
Urinary incontinence is a loss of bladder control that’s commonly seen in older adults and women who have given birth or surgery in the pelvis.
WHAT IS IT?:
Recurrent UTIs (RUTI) are mainly caused by reinfection by the same pathogen. Having frequent sexual intercourse is one of the greatest risk factors for RUTIs. In a subgroup of individuals with coexisting morbid conditions, complicated RUTIs can lead to upper tract infections or urosepsis.
WHAT IS IT?:
Vaginal atrophy (atrophic vaginitis) is thinning, drying, and inflammation of the vaginal walls that may occur when your body has less estrogen - most commonly occurring after menopause. It can lead to painful intercourse and other distressing urinary symptoms.
WHAT IS IT?:
It can take several weeks or even months to heal after childbirth and for the vaginal skin to start to regain its elasticity. But for many women, especially those who have given birth multiple times, that elasticity may not “snap back” to its former state.
WHAT IS IT?:
Pelvic floor dysfunction is the inability to correctly relax and coordinate your pelvic floor muscles to have a bowel movement. Symptoms include constipation, straining to defecate, having urine or stool leakage, and experiencing a frequent need to urinate.

FemiLift Fractional CO2 Laser

A breakthrough in feminine healthcare, the FemiLift Fractional CO2 Laser enables a non-surgical, non-invasive treatment option for all the symptoms listed above. Results can last for up to 18-24 months, providing life-changing results for our patients.

Snapshot of a FemiLift Session:

You’ll enter and get comfortable in our treatment room, remove the bottom portion of your clothing, and change into a plush robe
Next, you’ll relax on the exam table as Dr. Lambert will explain the hardware involved, the process of treatment using the tubular, vaginally-inserted, FemiLift laser probe
The probe will rotate while inside the vaginal canal, delivering bursts of heat into the vaginal mucosa or walls
Dr. Lambert will slowly move the laser so that the bursts of heat cover the entire vaginal canal, a process that takes about 10 minutes to complete
During this time, you should not experience any pain, only mild pressure with insertion and some heat as the probe is moved around inside the canal and nears the more sensitive vaginal opening
From there, you’ll have some time and privacy to take a breath, get changed, and we’ll be at reception ready to serve you a cup of tea or infused water and chat further

Emsella Chair

Emsella utilizes electromagnetic energy to deliver thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions in a single session. These contractions re-educate the muscles of incontinent patients. You’ll be led into the treatment room where we’ll ask you to remove any items from your pockets, and take a seat in the Emsella Chair - no need to remove your bottoms or other articles of clothing.
While the length of your time in the chair is tailored to your specific needs as part of our care strategy, a typical treatment takes 28 minutes for 6 sessions. The treatments are scheduled twice a week for optimal results.
During the treatment, you will experience tingling and pelvic floor muscle contractions as the chair vibrates.
After the treatment, you may resume daily activities immediately!
